Measure the container and the complete packed load, not only the food portion. Check whether partitions, a liner or an insert reduce the usable internal space before confirming the final dimensions.
Minimum orders start at 1,000 pieces for thermal lunch, non-woven and insulated bags, and 3,000 for laminated thermal bags and reusable boxes. Pizza bags start at 3,000+. Contact us for nylon thermal-bag minimums and a quote for your chosen design. Minimums apply to the selected construction and quantity, not just to the collection name. Ask for the requirements of each style if your program needs several bag formats.
Share your contents, container dimensions, transport duration and handling conditions when requesting a quote. We can discuss the available liners and construction options so you can choose a bag suited to your delivery needs. A useful trial follows the actual packing method, opening frequency and route. Do not assume an advertised duration applies to every food, ambient temperature or loading condition.
Include the style, dimensions, artwork, quantity and required delivery date with your quote request. Confirm the production schedule for the selected construction before ordering. Allow for the agreed artwork and specification steps as well as production and delivery. A required event or delivery-program start date should be included in the initial brief.
Performance depends on the selected bag, starting temperature, quantity of food, ambient conditions, cooling aids and how often the bag is opened. Some individual Icegreen product descriptions state up to 3 to 5 hours, but that is not a food-safety guarantee for every route. Confirm the specification and test the packed bag under your actual operating conditions.
Choose a layout and handling process for the foods you transport. A single insulated space does not actively maintain two different temperatures, so keep hot and chilled items in separate suitable carriers. For chilled perishable food, insulation alone does not provide active cooling. Use an appropriate cold source and check temperatures for the time and conditions involved. Ask for care instructions for the chosen outer material, foam, printing and liner before ordering. Some designs offer a washable or removable liner, but that does not mean every complete bag can be machine-washed. Clean spills promptly, allow the bag to dry fully and confirm which cleaning method suits the final construction.
